In advance of my forthcoming Midwest Tour, Alrealon Music and I are giving away, 'The Simultaniety of FluiD'. It is a ten-track release that includes remixes from John 3:16 and EGGBLOOD.
Recently I completed the sound-design for Chicago video artist Heejoo Kim's latest work, titled 'paramnesia I'
"Heejoo Kim: constructs 3D images of paramnesia (a distortion of memory in which fact and fantasy are confused), envisioning eidetic scenes populated by maternity wear and floating bodies".
EV MFA candidate Heejoo Kim presents her thesis work 'paramnesia I' April 6th through 10th at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Great Space. paramnesia I is an experimental animation installation that incorporates dream-like images projected onto elaborate paper forms to illustrate layers of drifting memories and complex thought processes of the artist.
Paper art by Yoonshin Park with sound-design by Christophe Gilmore.
